“Fashion Week Boutique” Brings Runway to Reality
Shop-a-holics Can Stock Up on Looks Fresh off the Runway

Bay Area fashionistas will get instant shopping gratification at San Francisco Fashion Week’s "Fashion Week Boutique," an onsite retail venue open to fashion show ticket holders August 27-29 at the Palace of Fine Arts lobby, in conjunction with the fashion shows there.

The “Fashion Week Boutique” will feature 20+ different vendors each day selling the latest runway looks in apparel, handbags, scarves, jewelry, belts and beauty products. Top accessory designers from New York, Los Angeles and the Bay Area will preview their new collections and learn first-hand which items from their latest lines are likely to be best-sellers

“We wanted to create an environment where consumers could experience the products in an enviroment that encourages interaction between consumer and designers,” said Erika Gessin, founder of Mystery Girl Productions, the exclusive producer of San Francisco Fashion Week.

“SF Fashion Week is wonderful for allowing consumers into the shows, says jewelry designer Peggy Li. “It's breaking the mold of the exclusive fashion show and brings a very San Francisco attitude of openness to this ground-breaking event.” Peggy Li Designs have recently appeared on Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, CSI: Miami and in the pages of Lucky Magazine, People and Teen Vogue.
